Walk It Challenge
This week we launched the first week of the Walk It Challenge. If you are able, I hope you are planning on training and participating in a 5k. The date for the walk it challenge is Sunday, May 22. I am currently looking for a location that is centrally located for all my meetings. I will post location and time as soon as I know. If you want to order a walk it t-shirt that I created, log onto weightwatchers.com/walkit and enter the number #147. You can also change the saying on the back to say whatever you want it to.
