Last week Anne was talking about this wonderful Coleslaw she makes. Well here it is:
4 cups packaged Coleslaw mix (shredded carrots and cabbage)
1/4 cup Best Foods light Mayonnaise
25 nuts cooked salted peanuts
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp sugar substitute
1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
Let sit for an hour before serving to let ingredients settle.
