Lunch Today
1 cup Trader Joe's stir fry vegetables - 1 PointsPlus
(saute in pan with spray olive oil)
1 cup fresh spinach - 0 pointsplus
1 cup cooked whole wheat spaghetti - 4 PointsPlus
2 tablespoons Trader Joes Spicy Peanut dressing - 2 PointsPlus
Mix all together and enjoy!!! 7 PointsPlus
*optional-add 3 oz. Tofu for 2 PointsPlus
